CAREER HISTORY

I have been marketing property since 1989 and completed the Estate Agency Board examination in the same year. I am a member of the Institute of Estate Agents. My Real Estate career began with Joan Behr Properties in Pretoria in 1989. In 1990 I joined Aida/MBA as their Sales Representative in Pierre van Ryneveld. This suburb with ± 1800 homes, has been my focus area for the past 26 years. I have become an integral part of this area. Some properties have been re-sold by me up to 5 times during these years.  My desire for personal growth and career advancement prompted me to join AEA (Associated Estate Agents) in 1997. I was part of the founding of the AEA Centurion branch. I served as the chairperson of AEA Centurion for two consecutive years. February 2002 I started my own company, Elbe Struwig Properties.
